Shiftbase is a SaaS product that has focused on international growth since its inception. We have created a rock-solid product that offers a solution in various sectors of the Dutch market when it comes to time registration and employee scheduling.

Shiftbase has been actively targeting the German market since the beginning of 2019. Because of this great success, we are immediately looking to strengthen the German sales team. Within this position, you will be responsible for the sales of Shiftbase. On the basis of incoming hot leads and cold acquisitions, we approach the B2B market in a targeted manner. Reacting and switching quickly is key to achieve your goals! You are ‘in the lead’ throughout the entire process from A to Z, planning appointments, demonstrating the product to potential customers, maintaining contact and being the most important point of contact until you have won the deal. There is no hierarchical culture and there are short lines to management. In addition, there are plenty of growth opportunities and there is plenty of room for personal development.

Job requirements

  • Energetic and a winner’s mentality
  • Affinity or experience with selling SaaS software is an advantage.
  • Independent and purposeful
  • Excellent command of the German language in word and writing
  • Not afraid to grab the phone
  • Mastery of Dutch and/or English is an advantage.
