Shiftbase is a SaaS product that has focused on international growth since its inception. We have created a rock-solid product that offers the solution in various sectors of the Dutch market when it comes to employee scheduling and time-tracking.

Since the beginning of 2019 Shiftbase is actively focusing on the German market. Due to great success we are immediately looking to strengthen the German customer success team. Within this position you are responsible for the support that we offer on our software. This means answering questions by phone, email and chat. In addition, you will provide new customers with a demonstration and help them setting up the software for their businesses. There is a great (non-hierarchical) work environment, and there are plenty of opportunities for personal growth.

Job Requirements.

  • You have a MBO+ work and thinking level
  • You can empathize with a customer’s perception of the world and give them tailored advice
  • Energetic and ambitious
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent command of the German language in word and writing
  • Command of Dutch and/or English language is a plus
