Inside Account Executive DACH

About the role

Are you looking for a sales position for the DACH Region at a fast-growing, young, ambitious, and fun company? This vacancy gives you that opportunity! Shiftbase is a fast-growing SaaS workforce management solution for various sectors regarding time registration and personnel planning. Since 2019, Shiftbase has been active in the DACH Region. Due to our success, we want to reinforce our DACH team. Within this position, you are responsible for managing the entire sales process, from the initial contact to closing the sale and any follow-up. We approach the B2B market in a targeted manner based on incoming (hot) leads and outbound sales. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment to achieve your goals! We have a rather flat organisational structure with short lines and offer plenty of career opportunities and room for personal development.

Job requirements

You have a great sense of responsibility, think before acting, and love to learn.

  •  Fluent German; verbally and in writing
  •  Good knowledge of the English and or Dutch language
  •  Energetic and a winning mentality
  •  Not afraid to pick up the phone
  •  Affinity or experience with selling and/or customer service for a SaaS software is a plus
  •  Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction
  •  Provide both point-of-sale and post-sale support for client relationships
  •  Entrepreneurial, independent and goal-oriented
