Yes. How much you get off depends on your team size and the plan you pick. Contact our sales team, tell us about your organisation and we'll put a proposal together.
Pick yearly and we bill you once for the whole year, based on the employees in your account that day. You save 10% on every paid employee. Add people mid-year and we bill the extra for the rest of your term, grouped into at most one extra invoice a month. Deactivate someone and their spot frees up for a new hire straight away - a lower team size takes effect at your next renewal, and we don’t refund the current year.
One month if you pay monthly: cancel whenever you like and your subscription runs for one more month after that. A yearly plan is paid up front for the whole year, so there is no monthly notice: cancel before the year renews and it stops at the end of that year. A year that's already paid isn't refunded.
Yearly works best when your team size stays steady through the year. If it swings a lot - a seasonal business that’s packed in summer and quiet in winter, or a team with high turnover - monthly fits better and saves you the admin.
