Is onboarding required when I start using Shiftbase?

No, onboarding is not mandatory. However, we highly recommend it: customers who go through onboarding get started faster, make fewer mistakes, and gain more value from the system.

Which onboarding package is best suited for my organization?

For small teams, Starter or Boost is usually sufficient. Medium-sized organizations often choose Plus for the additional guidance. Expert is ideal for larger or more complex organizations.

What if I need more support during onboarding?

You can always upgrade to a more comprehensive package. In addition, our consultants are available to schedule extra sessions or answer specific questions.

When does onboarding start?

Onboarding is scheduled as soon as you’ve agreed via Sales or completed your registration. You will then receive an invitation to book your first session with your consultant.

Is onboarding done on-site or online?

The Starter, Boost, and Plus packages are fully online. Expert is partly on-site or offered in a hybrid format, depending on your preference.

What do I need to prepare myself?

Depending on the package, we may ask you to complete a few steps in advance, such as gathering employee data, submitting schedules, or preparing integrations. You’ll receive clear instructions from your consultant for this.
