Full access to schedules, worked hours, absences, and employees. Documented, versioned, and used daily by our own apps.
A partner manager works with you from the first call, and our developers answer the technical questions along the way.
Your integration lands in the Shiftbase Marketplace, and we promote it to our customers.
Every integration that works gets a place in the marketplace. Going through our review gets you more than that.
Certification costs nothing. It costs time, and it buys the customer the confidence that this connection won't break their payroll run.
How it works
Tell us what you build and who your customers are. We come back with a yes or a no, and with what the integration would need to be worth it for both of us.
Our API is open and documented, and there's a developer on our side who answers your questions while you build. No ticket queue.
We go through your code and your documentation with you, test the connection against the cases your shared customers will actually hit, and tell you what needs fixing before anyone relies on it. Pass that review and you're certified rather than just listed.
Your integration goes live in the marketplace under your own name, in the category customers filter on: HR, Payroll, Accounting, Point of sale, Communication, Productivity, Time tracking, Clock systems, or Finance.
What partners say about us.
“Both products are highly complementary and therefore, by linking smartly, we can serve a wider market and grow further. Great club with very nice people!”
Theo Schroen
CEO & Co-founder
He runs the partner programme. Ask him what you'd earn, what your clients get, or whether this fits at all - he'd rather tell you no early than sign you up for the wrong thing.

From building the integration to going live, support and data ownership. If your question isn't here, our partner team is one message away.
A developer and our API documentation. The API is open, so you don't need a contract or a key from us to start looking at it. Most partners build against the parts they need rather than the whole thing.
Nothing on our side. There's no fee to join and no charge for the listing. What it costs you is development time, which is why we're honest early about whether the demand is there.
That depends on what you connect and how much time your team has. The parts we control are quick: access on day one, questions answered while you build, and a review as soon as you're ready.
Your integration sits in the marketplace next to 40+ others, with your name, your description, and your category. Customers looking for your kind of product find you there, and we point them your way.
We take the questions about Shiftbase, you take the questions about your product, and for anything in between there's a direct line between our teams. Customers shouldn't have to work out whose fault it is.
Build the integration, then ask us for the review. We go through your code and your documentation, run the connection against real cases, and come back with what's missing. There's no fee and no waiting list. Until then your integration is listed, which is a fine place to be.
The customer does. It's their data, in both products. They decide which data moves between us, they can switch the connection off whenever they want, and the data stops moving the moment they do. We don't get rights to your customers, you don't get rights to ours, and neither of us uses shared data for anything the customer didn't agree to.
