About the integration

Coming soon. Tebi runs the till, payments, and kitchen tickets for hospitality venues, from cafés to restaurants, and ties them to the back office. Once the integration goes live, Tebi sends your turnover to Shiftbase, so the day’s sales sit next to the schedule you planned for that day.

Why you should have this integration

  • Turnover without the typing: Tebi sends the turnover to Shiftbase for you, so nobody copies totals from the till report before the next shift.

  • Sales next to wage costs: You see what a day brought in beside the hours and wage costs you scheduled for it. An expensive shift stands out while you can still change next week’s schedule.

  • One set of figures: Turnover from Tebi is the official number for that day. Shiftbase locks the day against manual edits, so your managers all work from the same totals.

How does the integration work?

  • Install it in the App Center: Add Tebi in Shiftbase, give the connection a name, and Shiftbase creates the API key that links your Tebi account.

  • Tebi sends the turnover: Tebi pushes your turnover into Shiftbase. When Tebi corrects a day, it replaces that day’s figures in full.

  • One direction: Data flows from Tebi to Shiftbase. Your schedules and hours stay in Shiftbase.
