Tell us about your business
Two answers, and rough numbers are fine. You can fine-tune everything later.
How does scheduling work today?
Rough numbers are fine. You can change every assumption once you see the result.
Include the reshuffling and the gap-chasing, across every planner and location.
We prefill your sector's average. Change it if you know better.
Choose your Shiftbase plan
Each plan removes a different share of your admin. Based on your numbers, we've highlighted the best fit. The choice stays yours.
How we work this out.
Your return starts with what admin costs you now: the hours you spend building the schedule, processing worked hours, and answering messages about both, priced at your own wages including employer costs. How much of that a plan takes away depends on the plan. Basic saves 25% of scheduling time, 35% of the hours leak, and 40% of the messages, because it leaves out copy schedules, skill-based scheduling, Flexpool, geofencing, and surcharges. Premium has those, at 40/50/50. Benchmarks for full scheduling suites reach 75% time saved, so we sit well under them. Enterprise reaches 45/55/55, where tailored onboarding, a dedicated success manager, and an open API make the difference between owning the features and using them. Message time grows with your team, up to 8 hours a week. Labour cost optimisation runs 1 to 3% of the wage bill in benchmarks, and we keep it out of your return and show it as a bonus instead. Every figure is an estimate per year, not a promise.
Not sure which package fits?
Most teams end up choosing between Boost and Plus. Tell us how many people you plan and across how many locations, and we'll tell you which one fits. Starter included, if that's the honest answer.

We price the three places admin eats your week: building the schedule, processing worked hours, and the messages about both. Each one is valued at your own wages including employer costs, and each plan takes away a different share. What is left after the plan pays for itself is your return. Open the maths panel to see every number we used, and change any of them.
They sit under the benchmarks on purpose. Full scheduling suites report up to 75% time saved on scheduling, and we cap our best plan at 45%. Labour cost optimisation, which benchmarks put at 1 to 3% of the wage bill, stays out of your return and shows up as a bonus.
The prices here are the real ones, from the same source as our pricing page: a base price plus a small monthly fee per employee above the included count. Hover any price to see how it adds up.
Free stops at 15 employees and leaves out the features that remove admin, so including it would flatter a plan that cannot deliver the saving. It is still a good place to start, and it is on the pricing page.
No. Your result is on screen before we ask you for anything, and it stays there.
