Once the integration goes live, Apprendo reads the planned shifts from Shiftbase and shows them in the Apprendo app. Your team gets one place for their training and their next shift, and you keep planning in Shiftbase.

Works for several locations: Running more than one location from a single Shiftbase account? In Apprendo you pick which departments belong to which location, so each team sees only the shifts that apply to them.
How does the integration work?
Schedule feed: Apprendo collects the planned shifts from Shiftbase and shows them in the Apprendo app.
Department filter: In Apprendo you choose which Shiftbase departments belong to each location, so every team sees its own schedule.
Activation: Generate an API key in Shiftbase under Settings → App Center and enter it in Apprendo. From that moment the schedule sits in the app.
Your team finds the current schedule in the app they already open every day, and the planning itself stays in one place.
