About the integration

Fooks is the payroll partner for hospitality and events: payrolling, payroll administration, and an employee app, with small-scale, direct contact. This connection makes sure Fooks always works with your real data. You plan your team and register hours in Shiftbase as usual. Employees and approved hours flow from Shiftbase to AFAS, and Fooks retrieves them there to process your payroll. Fooks maintains the AFAS connection for you. Nothing to export, nothing to transfer, nothing to retype.

Why you should have this integration

• Payroll on actual hours: The hours your team registers and you approve in Shiftbase are the hours Fooks processes. Salaries are based on current, accurate data every run.

• Employee data arrives by itself: New employees and changes registered in Shiftbase reach Fooks automatically through the same route. Your payroll partner is never working from an outdated list.

• Everything connects: Shiftbase for planning and time tracking, AFAS as the administration layer, Fooks for payroll. Three systems, one flow, no manual handovers in between.

How does the integration work?

Here's the lowdown:

• Register in Shiftbase: Your schedules, employee data, and worked hours live in Shiftbase, where you plan and approve as usual.

• Via AFAS: Employees and approved hours go from Shiftbase to AFAS automatically. Fooks maintains this AFAS connection.

• Fooks picks it up: Fooks retrieves the data directly from AFAS and processes your payroll with it.

• Setup: Request the connection directly with Fooks, by email at vraaghet@fooks.nl or by phone at 024 212 01 60. Fooks sets everything up together with you.

This setup means your payroll partner always works with the same numbers as your work floor does, without you having to move anything by hand.
