About the integration

MplusKASSA is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail. This integration brings the turnover from your till and your team’s clock-in times into Shiftbase. You see the day’s turnover in Insights next to your labour costs. The times your team clocks on the till land straight in the timesheet. Nobody retypes till totals or hours.

Why you want this integration

  • Turnover beside labour costs: turnover from MplusKASSA appears in Insights next to planned and worked hours, so you can see for each day whether staffing matched how busy it was.

  • Clock in on the till: your team clocks in and out on MplusKASSA. The times arrive in the Shiftbase timesheet, where you review and approve them.

  • Only the turnover you need: you choose which branches count and whether turnover comes in with or without VAT.

How does the integration work?

  • Turnover: MplusKASSA sends turnover per branch to Insights in Shiftbase.

  • Clock times: times clocked in MplusKASSA arrive in the Shiftbase timesheet.

  • Requesting it: in Shiftbase, go to Settings → App Center → MplusKASSA and request the integration. You share your MplusKASSA account name and a contact person, and the integration is then set up for you.

  • Alerts: add an email address to hear when an import fails.
