How does the integration work?

What the connection covers:

  • Employee sync: when you create an employee in S4D, Shiftbase creates them too. Already in Shiftbase? Add their user ID in S4D to link them, so you do not get duplicates.

  • Worked hours: employees clock in and out on the S4D POS. Store managers review and adjust the hours where needed, and S4D sends the (adjusted) hours to Shiftbase every night.

  • Turnover import: S4D registers orders from all channels and sends turnover, excluding VAT, to Shiftbase every night.
