Twelve helps sports clubs, stadiums, events, festivals, caterers, and quick-service venues handle peaks and long queues with till, kiosk, handheld, and QR ordering. This integration brings that revenue into Shiftbase. Every 15 minutes, your Twelve revenue goes into the Daily log, next to your planned hours and labour cost. You see your labour cost ratio while the day is still running, and you plan your next match day or event on what you actually sold. Your team keeps selling in Twelve, and Shiftbase keeps the figures up to date.

How does the integration work?

Here's the lowdown:

  • One direction: Data goes from Twelve to Shiftbase. Employee, schedule, and payroll data stay in Shiftbase.

  • Revenue every 15 minutes: Shiftbase imports your Twelve revenue into the Daily log every 15 minutes. The figures can differ slightly from the till.

  • Including or excluding VAT: You choose whether revenue comes in including or excluding VAT.

  • One team: The total revenue of all cost centres in your Twelve account goes to one team in Shiftbase. Revenue isn't split per location or department.

  • Setup: Get your public and private key from your Twelve environment. In Shiftbase, go to Settings > App Center > Twelve and add the integration. Enter a name and an email address for import notifications, then choose the team that receives the revenue. The import starts automatically.
