Refer customers to Shiftbase and start earning.

Payroll and accounting offices, software companies, and consultants all send clients to Shiftbase for different reasons. Smaller clients you hand over, bigger ones you sell with us. Same programme, same sign-up, and the reward follows the client.

One programme, three ways in.

For payroll and accounting offices

Fewer corrections.

  • The same format from every client, every month
  • Correct, on time, and in the same shape each time
  • Fewer calls in the last week of the month
  • A reward for every client who joins, for as long as they stay
For software companies

An easy yes.

  • Your customers already ask you what to use for scheduling and hours
  • A reward every time one of them joins
  • It tells you whether an integration is worth building
  • Enough customers on both, and you move to the technology track
For consultants and advisers

Warmer intros.

  • You get paid for the introduction
  • A demo account of your own, so you can show it rather than describe it
  • For bigger clients you stay in the conversation
  • One of our sales people works the deal with you

How it works

How it works.

  1. 1

Fill in the form and Frédéric gets in touch. You talk through what you do, who your clients are, and which of the three you fit.

  2. 2

    Get set up.

You get your own link, a short onboarding, a demo account, and the materials to put in front of a client. Done in one sitting.

  3. 3

    Bring in a client.

For smaller clients, your link does the work and we take it from there. For clients of 50 or more employees, tell us first: one of our sales people joins the conversation and works the deal with you, and the client stays registered to you from that first introduction.

  4. 4

    Get paid.

You invoice us and we pay by bank transfer, so it lands in your books the way everything else does.

He runs the partner programme. Ask him what you'd earn, what your clients get, or whether this fits at all - he'd rather tell you no early than sign you up for the wrong thing.

FAQ

Value partner questions, answered.

How the value partnership works in practice: deals, rewards and payouts. If your question isn't here, our partner team is one message away.

Nothing. No fee, no yearly cost, no minimum. If it turns out not to fit, you stop and nothing follows you.

The size of the client decides, not the effort. Up to 49 employees it's a referral: you send them our way, we take it from there, and you get a fixed amount once they've been with us three months. From 50 employees it's co-sell: you tell us before the first conversation, one of our sales people works the deal with you, and you get a share of what the client spends in their first year. Tell us early either way, because that's the moment the client gets registered to you.

Say so and we'll check. If they were already in a conversation with us before you brought them up, the deal isn't a referral. If they weren't, they're yours and they stay yours. We'd rather sort that out in the first week than argue about it after the deal closes.

Fixed amounts are paid once the client has been with us three months. Shares of revenue are paid monthly, for the term that applies. Everything arrives automatically by bank transfer, no invoice needed.

No. Most partners introduce, they don't sell. You say what you'd say anyway, we do the demo, the trial, and the paperwork. For bigger clients you can stay in the room if you want to, and plenty do.
